If vampires are real, what about angels?

Okay. Don't get annoyed at me—it's a facetious topic. I posed the question the other day about the validity of certain myths and whether they're based on fact. Click here if you missed the very popular blog about vampires.

I know angels are sacred and nothing to be laughed at. However, much as we would like to see a heavenly being, we are unable to capture their image.

But take a look at this recent photo.

A nurse and her children spotted the angel near their home and she quickly took the snap so she could share the vision with other people. She was outside in the village of Gerlachov in Slovakia's northeastern region of Tatry.

A Slovak astronomer explained that the cumulous clouds are characteristic for warm days. The sun behind the clouds made the picture look special. Here are a couple more I found in Google images.

I wonder if anyone has snapped a cloud formation that looks like a vampire. I guess any sensible person would run for their lives rather than stop to capture the image.

Lighthearted stories and pictures lift our thoughts from very depressing news. Take the images away in your mind's eye as you go about your day to refer to whenever a problem looms up to overwhelm you.

Those are pretty amazing pictures, I love the idea of angels looking over us.

I believe in everything from angels and vampires to fairies and goblins!

I know it might sound daft, but these things have been talked about for years on end, so I guess there must have been something that resembled them at some point. Maybe they're just extinct, like dinosaurs? I would love to know!

Hi.
I do believe in em.
Liked the snapshots.
Yeah, the authenticity of the pictures might be a doubt. :)

They're amazing looking pictures. However, could they be photo-shopped/ edited?
-Who knows!

Assuming these pictures are not photoshopped, I wonder if our ancestors saw these formations and that is how the folklore about angelic creatures with wings started. It is interesting how certain beliefs are carried by all of us, regardless of culture, such as belief in a Creator(s). I think some of these beliefs are hard wired into us as humans.

Amazing photos. I love looking for images in clouds. I've seen angel formations. I've seen a Jesus formation a couple of times, too. Can't say that I've ever seen a vampire image, though.

I'm in alignment with Alana's comment. What did our ancestors think when they saw images in the clouds? Did they think/feel that something from the Great Beyond was trying to communicate with them? Did they believe that the images were portending something? Did it inspire their art?
Blessings.

Images can be found in anything you choose to look at. You look at enough cloud formations, you are sure to see some vampires :)
